好评counter staff refused to give back my deposit when I was checking out. later after when I said about that I will complaints against her she agreed to handover. and I have got back my deposit and it is not nice. and also I have lost my white shirt from 8312 room after cleaning. and they could not answer. hotel security supervision people are not very friendly .. maybe they are new.. other than that hotel is fine and in good location and also clean..

好评房间干净，离地铁口近，从广州南站下高铁，直接坐地铁到三元里站，省事，去进货住在这里蛮方便的，靠近瑶池大街，晚上吃饭宵夜实惠，下次还去住。
